How billing works
How am I billed?
All subscription billing is handled securely through Razorpay. You can pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. Invoices are generated automatically each cycle.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your tenant dashboard. Changes are prorated against your current Razorpay billing cycle.
Are there transaction fees?
Standard Razorpay payment-gateway charges apply to patient payments you collect. There are no hidden platform setup or onboarding fees.
